Law Clerkship Opportunities

Attention 3RD and 4ED Students
Law Clerkship Opportunities with the Family Court of the State of Delaware Sussex County.  The Family Court of the State of Delaware has jurisdiction over family and child matters, both civil and criminal.  There are presently three Family Court Judges resident in Sussex County.  They employ two law clerks on an annual basis beginning September 1, 2014.

There is also a third position as a seasonal/causal law clerk.

The MPRE Registration Deadline is Nearing!

Students planning on taking the November 1, 2014 MPRE, have until September 10th to meet the regular registration deadline.  The fee for the regular deadline is $80.    Any registration submissions after September 10th will be at a fee of $160.  The late registration deadline is September 25th.   Students may register online at www.ncbex.org.

You are strongly encouraged to take a MPRE review course.  Please contact Barbri, Kaplan or Themis regarding their MPRE review courses.
