In this forum that is open to the law school community and the public, Dean Rod Smolla will discuss what is involved in the process of passing a Constitutional Amendment, as well as the concept of Constitutional conventions. The event is sponsored by the League of Women Voters, Americans for Democratic Action (Delaware Chapter), Delaware Coalition for Open Government and Common Cause of Delaware. It will be held in the Ruby R. Vale Moot Courtroom.
