Constitution Day 2016

In celebration of Constitution Day, the library would like to invite you to an Open House in the New and Improved Study Break Room on Wednesday, September 14th, from 11-3 and also at 5:30-7pm.  The Study Break Room is behind the Reference and Circulation Desks in the library and is designed as a space where you can relax, grab a snack and socialize with your classmates.  There will be refreshments and a chance to win your very own pocket-sized copy of the U.S. Constitution!  We hope to see you there!

Work-Study Eligible Student/s Needed for Research Assistant Position

Work-study eligible student needed for Research Assistant to Professor Kathleen Turezyn. Professor T needs a Research Assistant for Fall 2016 to help with tasks like preparing videos and power points for torts class and labs. Availability Wednesday afternoons would be especially helpful.
Only work-study eligible students should apply. (If you are unsure of whether you are work-study eligible please contact the Financial Aid Office.) Professor T needs the help starting immediately. Interested students should contact Professor Turezyn at KMTurezyn@widener.edu.

The talk launches our Law School for Journalists program organized by the Public Relations Office.  The program will showcase our outstanding faculty in recurring expert talks that help educate journalists covering issues that intersect with the law, as their work is essential to an informed society.
