In response to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Committee’s recent finding of probable cause of racial discrimination at a suburban Philadelphia swim club, the Widener Journal of Law, Economics and Race (WJLER) requests the submissions of comments by scholars of any discipline reflecting the racial, economic and legal aspects of this case.

Comments should be approximately 5-8 pages in length, double-spaced, with one-inch margins, include the author’s name on the first page of the comment, and contain footnotes that conform to proper Bluebook format. Please submit a current resume or curriculum vitae with all contact information.
All work must be submitted to wjler@mail.widener.edu by January 2, 2010.
