H1N1 (Swine) Flu
How To Stay Healthy
May 5, 2009
The number of cases of H1N1 flu continues to rise in the United States and around the world. The presentation of the flu in this country appears to be mild, but the CDC continues to work to contain the spread of the H1N1 flu. Handwashing, social distancing covering a cough are still the recommended ways to avoid the flu. Individuals with symptoms are advised to seek advice from their health care provider.
Individuals experiencing flu symptoms (CDC : http://www.cdc.gov/swineflu/) should contact their physicians. For more information on how you can stay healthy visit the CDC’s Swine Influenza (Flu) section.
