Delaware Supreme Court Hearing Oral Argument at Widener

ALUMNI from 1997, ’98, 2002 and ’06 will argue before the DELAWARE SUPREME COURT in three separate matters in the Ruby R. Vale Moot Courtroom

There is no dress code but students leaders are asked to dress at business casual.

Capitol Police will be providing security no food or drink in the courtroom leaves large bags, purse, backpacks in your car or with the police in the lobby, cell phones must be turned OFF, no cameras or laptops.

Everyone will have to go through security. No one is permitted to leave during an argument, there will be breaks between arguments where people can leave and re-enter (you will have to go through security again)

You do not need to come for the entire schedule you may come for only 1 or 2 arguments if you wish.
